Thank you so much to Sandra and the amazing team! We called by phone for a general inquiry as we were on the beginnings of a big lap and had concerns with towing our 3.5 tonne caravan. We got Sandra on the phone who was incredibly helpful and suggested we call by on our way through Geraldton so they could see the setup and help in any way. We stopped by, unsure of what help it would be but found their information and experience incredibly useful. During our chat an off question about an air bag not deflating led to Sandra and one of her team crawling under our car on the roadside doing whatever they could to help us out (it was 36deg!). It turns out the airbag install done two months prior by Pedders left excess air line under the chassis and it had become pinched in the suspension and was completely useless. They got the car on the lift ASAP and fixed the problem without issue, even letting me come out to see their work. What started as an unsure pop in turned out to be an absolute highlight leaving my wife and I blown away by the hospitality. Thank you Sandra and your team! We look forward to visiting you again.

I'm doing the lap so was drawn to Geraldton 4WD by their litany of 5 star reviews - got my LC200 series serviced and have also joined the group giving them 5 stars - brilliant service, brilliant people and the car drives a dream. As they say in the classics - 'do yourself a favour '.

Had my Hilux logbook service and suspension check done here after coming from the Great Central Road - the team here are great. Reasonable price same as what I pay in Melbourne, efficient and they know their 4wds which is important when you've come from, or are hitting rough country.
